Bio

Mrs. Deighan joined Isle of Wight County Schools and Windsor Elementary School in 2023. She earned her degree from Old Dominion University in Elementary Education PreK-6. She began teaching in 2014 and has taught PreK and 4th grade in North Carolina and Virginia.
