Bio

Mrs. Byrum has been with Isle of Wight County Schools at Windsor Elementary School as a teacher since 1995.  She is a proud alumni of Isle of Wight County Schools: having graduated from both Carrsville Elementary and Windsor High School.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Psychology from Christopher Newport University.
