Mrs. Ball joined Isle of Wight County Schools in 2012 as a Gifted Resource teacher. She has been in the education field for more than 25 years, primarily working at the elementary level, with 15+ years of gifted services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance and an Elementary Education Licensure through Christopher Newport University. She earned her K-12 Gifted Endorsement through The College of William & Mary and her Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Averett University. She has been on staff with the Tidewater Regional Governor's School since 2013.
