Bio

Mrs. Smith has been with Isle of Wight County Schools for 33 years.  She is the Environmental Science teacher at Windsor for grades K-5.  Mrs. Smith has been a teacher at Smithfield Elementary, Hardy Elementary, Westside Elementary and now Windsor Elementary.  She has taught grades 3 - 5 at those schools.  She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education and Middle School Education from Campbell University.  She also holds a Special Education certification for K-12 from Old Dominion University.
