About Me

After serving as a school counselor for fifteen years in a full time gifted center (Grades 3-8) in Hampton,VA, I am happy to be returning to my hometown, Isle of Wight County. I will begin a new journey in education this year, serving as the SEARCH (Gifted Resource) teacher at both WES and GTMS. I love to read, go to the beach, and spend time with my family and friends. I am passionate about building relationships with students, encouraging open minds and brave hearts, and inspiring students to find joy in learning and life!
