Bio
Mrs. Snelling started her teaching career in a near by district in 2012. She has been with Isle of Wight County Schools at Windsor Elementary since 2014. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree with a concentration in Early Childhood Elementary Education with licensure from Old Dominion University.
