Teacher Bio

Hello! I am Ms. Wilcox.  I have been at Windsor Elementary since January of 2024 as a special education inclusion teacher. I received my BS degree in interdisciplinary studies, with endorsements in special education, from Norfolk State University in 1995.  Since graduating, I have gained experience working in all grade levels and in several different educational settings and states/school districts.
