Bio

Mrs. Rickmond joined Isle of Wight County Schools and Windsor Elementary School as a Special Education Teacher in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education & Health Promotion from Radford University and a Masters in the Art of Teaching Special Education from Liberty University.
