Bio

Marita Cotten has been with Isle of Wight County Schools/Windsor Elementary for over 30 years.  She has taught kindergarten all of her teaching career. She earned a B.S. degree in Business Management from Hampton University and a B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education from Christopher Newport University.
