Bio

Mrs. Walker joined Isle of Wight County Schools and Windsor Elementary as the library media specialist in 2016. She grew up in Roanoke, Virginia, and lived in Louisiana, Florida, and Maryland before settling in Hampton Roads with her husband and two sons.  Before becoming a librarian, she worked in the information technology field.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Library Science from Old Dominion University.
